Art as Therapy Workshops
This workshop is designed as an introduction to exploring art /creative expression as a therapeutic tool for individuals seeking to engage in small social group participation. You will be introduced to creative means of expression. This may include participation in activities such as , drawing, painting, poetry, play, sculpture, movement or music.
Real Connections Studio will provide a safe and creative environment for you to explore your own creativity as you learn new skills and gain confidence to step out of your comfort zone.
The invitation will be to have fun as you connect with others in a supportive space . Tailored programs are available to suit adults ,children , and people of all abilities. No art experience is necessary to participate.
